We accept your returns for any reason within 10 days after arrival. We want you to love your foreign affairs products and if you do not, send it back for a full refund. We pride ourselves on having found the absolute home decor item for your purposes. So if it doesn't fit, let us know.
Damaged Items
Should you receive an item that is damaged, whether by shipping or artist packaging, please contact us for return instructions at angelika@absoluteforeignaffairs.com.
It would of course be helpful if you could photograph the damage to either the packaging or the object.
Refunds & Exchanges
You can return your items either for refund or exchange. Credit card refunds will appear on your billing statement within one billing cycle. The purchase price of the item will be credited back to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are not refundable.
